About The Company
MicroHarvest Delivers Better Protein: Sustainable. Nutritious. Scalable. Protein is essential for a healthy diet, but with global demand expected to increase 50% by 2050, current sourcing methods are already harming the planet and often fail to provide truly nutritious food. At MicroHarvest, we are pioneering better protein production through natural fermentation. We produce high-quality protein in just 24 hours—faster than any other method. Like brewing beer or making yogurt, we use microorganisms, nature’s most efficient protein factories, to create tasty, healthy, and sustainable protein at scale. Independent of soil quality or climate, our process runs 24/7 anywhere in the world, requiring only a fraction of the water and land while cutting CO₂ emissions by over 95%. MicroHarvest is addressing today’s demand for highly nutritious food while building a resilient food system for the future. Together, we are HUNGRY FOR THE BETTER. 🚀 Hamburg & Lisbon Join us, we are hiring!
