About the Role

Intern - Technical

Based at MAS Capital (Private) Limited ‐ Intimates, Rathmalana

Are you passionate about apparel innovation and eager to gain hands on exposure to the technical side of product development? Join our Technical team and kick start your career by working closely with industry professionals in translating product concepts into high quality garments that meet customer expectations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents and reports.
  • Support sample measurement, fit evaluation, and recording of fit comments.
  • Help track development samples and follow up on required actions.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather and update technical information.
  • Assist in maintaining development records and technical files.
  • Participate in process improvement and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Technical team.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Apparel, Textile, Clothing Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of garment construction and product development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced apparel manufacturing environment.
