Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deiner Tätigkeit unterstützt du bei der jährlichen Wirtschaftsplanung sowie bei unterjährigen Prognosen und begleitest die strukturierte Aufbereitung von Planungsdaten sowie deren Einplanung im ERP-System (SAP).
  • Im monatlichen Berichtswesen übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben, führst selbstständig monatliche Umbuchungen sowie präzise Kostenanalysen durch.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du gemeinsam mit dem Team an der Konzeption und Pflege interaktiver Dashboards (z. B. in Power BI) zur Visualisierung zentraler Steuerungsgrößen wie Produktivität sowie Wertschöpfung mit.
  • Nicht zuletzt hilfst du bei der Datenpflege relevanter Tools und Datenbanken, um eine hohe Datenqualität und -verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerBI; SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, Aufgaben eigeninitiativ sowie strukturiert anzugehen, dabei Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich konstruktiv ins Team einzubringen
  • Arbeitsalltag: hybrides Arbeitsumfeld mit Bürotagen und mobiles Arbeiten nach Absprache
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
