About the Role

Als Werkstudent wirst Du ein fester Bestandteil unseres Projektteams und erhältst spannende Einblicke in alle Phasen eines Projekts – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei kannst Du nicht nur wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln, sondern auch eigene Ideen einbringen und aktiv mitgestalten. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Prozessabläufen und -definitionen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Testfällen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Fachbereichen – damit unsere Lösungen später im Alltag wirklich funktionieren
  • Beteiligung an der Entwicklung eines Betriebskonzepts, das die nachhaltige Nutzung der Projektergebnisse sicherstellt
  • Überarbeitung und Anpassung von bestehenden Dokumentvorlagen für verschiedene Projektbedarfe
  • Gestaltung von verständlichen Trainingsunterlagen, die anderen den Einstieg in neue Themen erleichtern

Du hast das gewisse Etwas, wenn Du:

  • ein an einer Universität oder Hochschule eingeschriebener Student (m|w|d) bist
  • teamfähig, flexibel und begeisterungsfähig für neue Ideen bist
  • strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig bist
  • über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst
  • sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) bist
