About the Role

Intern ‐ Production
(Based at Panadura)

The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle six modules.
  • Engage in line balancing activities.
  • Hand over Standard Worksheets (STWs) along with the IE pack to the GL.
  • Participate in GL training and 5S improvement projects in stores.
  • Follow up on daily bottlenecks and Yamazumi.

 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, NDT, Physical Science, or a related field.
  • Sound communication skill both in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong leadership skills.
