Sourcing Assistant Intern

Job Description

1. Assist sourcing engineer in supplier data sorting, document filing, quotation collation and price comparison analysis.

2. Support new project purchasing work, follow up sample procurement, material trial production progress and delivery status.

3. Assist in daily communication with suppliers, follow up order delivery, abnormal material problems and progress feedback.

4. Collect supplier information, market material price trends and industry resources, assist in supplier evaluation and development.

5. Cooperate with internal R&D, quality and production teams to sort out material demand, purchase schedule and project milestone data.

6. Complete purchase data statistics, weekly/monthly report sorting and other daily purchasing administrative work.

7. Assist in cost sorting, simple cost analysis and project purchase record maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate or junior college student, major in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or other engineering majors.

2. Clear logical thinking, careful and responsible in data sorting and document work.

3. Good communication skill, able to coordinate with different teams and suppliers.

4. Proficient in Office Excel; basic English reading ability is preferred.

5. Stable internship period, proactive learning attitude, interested in supply chain and purchasing work.
