The Professional Internship Programme has been designed for those who, like you, want to develop future-ready skills by gaining hands-on experience in a functional area of one of the world's largest retail groups. Throughout your journey, you’ll receive guidance, regular feedback and mentorship to to support your growth and development.

 

What can you expect from the programme?

  • Active participation in a project with real business impact within one of Jerónimo Martins Group's corporate areas, such as Commercial, Marketing, Sustainability, Communication, Human Resources, Legal, Logistics, IT, Analytics, Finance, Project Management, among others;

  • A journey lasting between 6 months and 1 year, with the possibility of joining the Group afterwards and continuing your professional development;

  • The chance to work alongside experienced professionals who will support your development through regular feedback and guidance;

  • A dedicated tutor who will guide you throughout the programme, ensuring a truly enriching experience;

  • Development oportunities through learning initiatives and direct exposure to our business.

 

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Holds a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in areas relevant to the corporate context, such as Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Technology, Data Science or other related fields;

  • Is proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel;

  • Possesses strong analytical skills, critical thinking and a results-driven mindset;

  • Enjoys working collaboratively, shows initiative and is eager to learn;

  • Is available to work full-time.
