Wij zijn op zoek naar een stagiaire voor Quality Systems: Trainingsoptimalisatie

De stageopdracht

Tijdens deze stage ontwerp je een slimme en toekomstbestendige trainingsstructuur en ontwikkel je een dashboard waarmee managers eenvoudig de trainingsstatus en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers kunnen volgen. Jouw oplossing draagt bij aan meer efficiëntie, minder administratie en betere compliance.


Wat ga je doen?

  • De huidige trainingsaanpak analyseren en verbetermogelijkheden identificeren.
  • Een logische trainingsstructuur ontwikkelen op basis van functie- en taakgerichte leerpaden.
  • Trainingsmodules en curricula inrichten.
  • Een gebruiksvriendelijk dashboard ontwerpen, bij voorkeur met Microsoft 365-tools.
  • Procedures en beheerafspraken opstellen voor duurzaam gebruik.
  • Een implementatieplan ontwikkelen voor verdere uitrol binnen Abbott.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je volgt een hbo- opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Communicatie of Onderwijskunde.
  • Je hebt interesse in learning & development, procesverbetering en digitalisering.
  • Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je vindt het leuk om structuur aan te brengen en oplossingen te ontwerpen.
