Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Management Co-Op to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Management Intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in product management while working closely with our experienced product managers. Need to be able to commute to office in Westborough, MA. Willingness to travel up to 10%. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Mining & Analytics: Extract quantitative insights from various internal and external data sets.
  • Financial modeling: Evaluate design tradeoffs and demonstrate customer value proposition.
  • Requirements Definition and Capture: Work cross functionally with engineering, service, data science and sales teams to support product development and requirements generation.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation of product documentation, user guides, release notes and FAQs.
  • Testing: Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitor metrics to gauge product success.
  • Product Launch Support: Contribute to the rollout of new products or features.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: 

  • Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience with modern Business Intelligence tools to model and visualize data 
  • Identifying and resolving issues throughout the product development process.
  • Desire to develop a deep understanding of products, customer concerns and market requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration spanning technical, financial, operational, etc. 
  • Capability to find solutions to complex problems, assess risks, and present data-informed arguments 
  • Adaptable to the needs and changes of the organization
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing an MS in Electrical Engineering or MBA (with technical focus)
  • Experience in software & hardware product development is preferred
