About this Position

Buscamos un(a) Cost Controlling FT CENAM Intern para apoyar al equipo de Foreign Trade en actividades relacionadas con el control de costos y análisis financiero de operaciones de comercio exterior. Esta posición tendrá exposición a procesos de importación y exportación, participando en la revisión, análisis y distribución de costos, así como en la generación de información clave para la toma de decisiones. Es una excelente oportunidad para estudiantes que deseen desarrollar experiencia en áreas de finanzas, comercio internacional y análisis de datos dentro de un entorno dinámico y regional. 

What you´ll do

  • Apoyar la elaboración y análisis de simulaciones de costos para operaciones de importación y exportación.
  • Participar en la revisión y validación de facturas relacionadas con operaciones de comercio exterior.
  • Dar soporte en la creación y mantenimiento de listas de distribución de costos y reportes financieros.
  • Colaborar en la revisión y asignación de gastos dentro de los sistemas corporativos, asegurando la correcta distribución de costos.
  • Apoyar la creación de PIRs (Purchase Info Records) y el seguimiento de información faltante requerida para los procesos del área.
  • Analizar reportes y consolidar información financiera para contribuir a la toma de decisiones del equipo de Foreign Trade.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes áreas internas para garantizar la precisión y cumplimiento de los procesos de cost controlling.

  • Estudiante activo(a) de Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Interés en áreas de comercio exterior, finanzas y control de costos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Comercio Internacional.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas numéricas y capacidad analítica.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Excel (indispensable).
  • Conocimiento de Power BI (deseable).
  • Experiencia o conocimiento de SAP (nice to have).
