Qualifications

岗位职责

  1. 产品宣传设计：根据产品更新和推广需求，制作新功能上线、版本更新海报、功能配图等宣传物料。
  2. 网站视觉运营：配合 UI 设计制作、调整网站 Banner、网页配图、活动专题素材，适配尺寸，保持页面风格统一。
  3. 产品品牌建设：协助维护品牌视觉，参与品牌物料设计，保证不同场景视觉效果一致。
  4. AI 素材创作：使用即梦、可灵等主流 AI 工具生成图片、视频素材，再用设计软件优化画面。
  5. 视频剪辑：用剪映剪辑产品介绍、功能演示短视频，处理素材、把控节奏，添加字幕配乐、转场与画面包装。

任职要求

  1. 视觉传达、平面设计、数字媒体相关专业在读，有产品宣传或网站视觉相关经验优先。
  2. 具备良好审美，掌握版式、配色与图片处理，重视信息层级与画面细节。
  3. 熟练 PS、AI，可独立完成基础平面设计工作。
  4. 会使用 AI 生图、视频工具，能够撰写提示词，筛选素材并调整画面效果。
  5. 熟练剪映，可独立剪辑短视频，把控镜头节奏与视听表达；会 PR 优先，有剪辑作品更佳。
  6. 会 Figma 加分。
  7. 沟通良好，能理解需求，遇到问题及时同步，跟进进度并按反馈修改设计。
  8. 做事细心负责，愿意学习，按时交付稿件；可长期稳定实习优先。
