Job Description

Support advanced technology and innovation projects spanning optics, kinematics/robotics, optics and AI-enabled innovation, with exposure to technology suppliers, prototype development and emerging technology scouting.
Key Activities
•    Support supplier engagements, technical follow-ups and coordination of samples/material deliveries.
•    Support technology projects through schedule, budget, material and deliverable tracking.
•    Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams during prototype and demonstrator development.
•    Conduct technology, market and competitor research, particularly in optics, displays, kinematics/robotics and related emerging technologies.
•    Support technology scouting, supplier capability assessment and innovation ideation.
•    Develop and experiment with AI/Agentic AI tools for technology intelligence, market research and innovation.
•    Support innovation activities including idea evaluation, workshops and management presentations.
 

Qualifications

•    Pursuing Final year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics or related Engineering discipline.
•    Interest in research of optics, mechanisms/robotics, automotive technologies, product development.
•    Interest or experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI is an advantage.
•    Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
•    Curious, hands-on and comfortable engaging with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
