About the Role
You are the ideal candidate, if you have…
  • Active studies at a professional college / university
  • The possibility to work 20 hours a week
  • University studies in computer science or electrical engineering
  • Software development including Java programming language
  • Speaks and write fluently in English
  • Good problem-solving skills, result-oriented personality, "can do" approach
  • Team player attitude
  • We are primarily looking for students enrolled in a master’s program, but we are also open to undergraduates
 
It's an advantage if you have that skill…
  • Telecommunication networks and technologies (e.g. Internet protocols, routers)
  • Automated testing
  • AI Agents basic concepts
  • Python programming language
  • German language 
 
Main topics for student's thesis (options):
  • AI powered testing: Design agent-driven test automation workflows where you delegate tasks to an AI agent (e.g., "analyze the latest regression report and summarize the failing scenarios") and then review, validate, and act on its findings.
  • Automated test cases development: Communicate with test engineers, implement test steps, validate and analyze results  
  • Automated test tool development( e.g. WiFi client simulation, RTP stream analysis)
 
Tasks (options, depending on the chosen topic for the thesis):
  • Development of the test automation framework
  • Development of test cases/steps
  • Development of test tools, integration of testing tools into the automation framework
