Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Visit preschools, daycares, coaching centres, tuition centres, paediatric clinics and activity centres.

• Build referral relationships and secure appropriate institutional tie-ups.

• Arrange parenting seminars, educational workshops, school information sessions and joint events.

• Engage apartment communities, parent groups, clubs and local influencers.

• Generate qualified enquiries and confirmed campus appointments.

• Run kiosks, exhibitions and community activations across the catchment.

• Maintain a disciplined partner pipeline and record meetings, referrals and outcomes.

• Coordinate with admissions to track leads through enrolment.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years in field marketing, institutional sales, outreach or partnerships.

• Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with Nagarbhavi and surrounding Bengaluru areas.

• Kannada strongly preferred; English essential; local travel and two-wheeler advantageous.

Compensation

Best-in-industry fixed salary based on experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
