About the Role

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of analytics projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive timely and effective project execution

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of analytics and data science projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility into project status.
  • Identify and escalate risks and blockers to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Utilize Jira to manage project tasks and workflows effectively.

Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices, preferably in analytics or data science environments.
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and task management.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and data science concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree Student in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • Entry-level experience or internships in project coordination or analytics support roles.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
