Über den Bereich

 

Du hast das erste juristische Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und möchtest dein juristisches Wissen in einem internationalen Technologieunternehmen praktisch anwenden? Dann werde Teil unserer Rechtsabteilung und unterstütze unsere Juristinnen und Juristen bei der rechtlichen Begleitung anspruchsvoller nationaler und internationaler Projekte im Defence-Umfeld.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Unternehmensjuristen zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in ein breites Spektrum wirtschaftsrechtlicher Fragestellungen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere:

 

  • Mitarbeit/Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Gestaltung von Verträgen (Vertriebs- und einkaufsseitig)
  • Unterstützung bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Mitarbeit bei kartell- und wettbewerbsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der rechtlichen Begleitung von Themen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes, insbesondere Lizenz- und Technologierecht
  • Unterstützung bei vergaberechtlichen Fragestellungen im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung juristischer Recherchen und Stellungnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsstandards und Legal-Governance-Prozessen

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes juristisches Staatsexamen
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen, technologischen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
