Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
  • Assist in executing growth campaigns and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Simple Earn, working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
  • Help monitor daily Simple Earn product performance, flag product-related issues, and support troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track campaign and growth initiative performance through data analysis, user insights, and feedback; prepare regular reports and share market and competitor insights on Earn and DeFi products.
  • Support research and outreach to token partners, and help explore new collaboration opportunities.
  • Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, including preparing materials and assisting with onboarding to Earn products.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and learn the full Earn product and operations workflow.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
  • Internship or project experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development is preferred (crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms).
  • Good analytical and user insight skills with a sound business sense.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external token project partners.
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on KPIs and results; able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
