About the Role
Summary
This role focuses on the accurate collection, organization, and upkeep of data to ensure high-quality information is available for decision-making. The position involves performing fundamental data analysis to create informative reports and addressing any discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Additionally, the individual will assist in the testing and launch of new digital products, manage the onboarding process for users, and provide initial support to resolve product-related concerns. By tracking how products are adopted and performing well, the role contributes to ongoing improvements in both product functionality and data workflows through close teamwork with various departments.

Responsibilities
* Gather, sort, and keep data records precise and up to date.
* Perform elementary data analysis and produce necessary reports.
* Check data quality standards and fix any inconsistencies found.
* Assist in testing and rolling out new products and digital tools.
* Manage the coordination of product implementation and guide new users through onboarding.
* Offer foundational support to users and record any product issues encountered.
* Monitor and analyze product usage, adoption rates, and overall performance.
* Work closely with different teams to enhance both product offerings and data management processes.

Requirements
* Ability to collect and organize data accurately.
* Skills in performing basic data analysis and report generation.
* Competence in identifying and resolving data quality issues.
* Experience or aptitude in supporting product testing and deployment activities.
