超过140年历史的香港赛马会于2008年在中国首都北京建立了香港以外的第一间会员制会所，为往来京港的会员提供一个商务应酬及社交会友的好去处。从此，香港赛马会在北京开始迎候来自內地及香港的会员。秉承马会致力建设更美好社会的宗旨，北京会所自落成以来，筹划多项公益活动，所得款项用以支持内地各类教育及儿童福利项目。

职责概要

任职者负责支援餐厅的日常运营，依据既定标准以最高品质为会员及其宾客提供优质餐饮服务，确保业务及客户服务目标持续达成。具体职责包括协助主管确保指定区域的服务顺畅高效运作、维持顶级服务标准以实现高客户满意度，并保持餐厅卫生与品质的高标准要求。

职责内容

  • 支持餐饮运营并为会员及宾客提供卓越服务
  • 及时补充酒水及饮品，并按需要接收追加点单
  • 摆设餐具、装饰品、调味料及餐巾；清理已用餐具/消耗品并重新布置餐桌
  • 确保餐具及消耗品储备充足以支持日常运营
  • 时刻保持工作区域整洁、卫生及安全
  • 履行主管指派的其他相关职务

任职资格

  • 至少1年酒店/会所/餐厅相关餐饮工作经验
  • 具备扎实的餐厅礼仪知识，了解桌边服务基础知识，熟悉餐食、葡萄酒、啤酒、烈酒、清酒、中国白酒等产品
  • 具备优秀的客户服务技巧，性格耐心亲和，拥有解决问题的能力
  • 具备细致的关注力，能够长时间站立及行走
  • 沟通能力良好，具备粤语及英语能力者优先
