About the Role

At bsport we empower the Wellness Industry with an all-in-one platform that combines boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform enables our partners to manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

Join bsport at one of the most exciting stages of its journey: backed by €30 million in funding, the company is accelerating its international expansion and redefining the future of fitness and wellness tech.

The role

Today, IT tasks are shared between different teams. We are now bringing them together under one person, to build simple and reliable IT foundations as we prepare for our SOC 2 security audit.

What you will own

  • Helpdesk: Be the first point of contact for IT questions (mostly Mac, some Windows and Linux). Solve them, or route them to the right person.

  • Onboarding and offboarding: Give and remove access to our tools (Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, SSO) when people join or leave.

  • Laptops and devices: Order, set up, track and collect devices. Keep a clear inventory of who has what, and manage repairs and warranties.

  • Device security: Help roll out our device management (MDM) and security (EDR) tools across all laptops.

  • Barcelona office tech: Wifi, network and meeting room equipment.

  • Documentation: Write simple guides so colleagues can solve common issues on their own.

  • Audit readiness: Keep our records up to date in Vanta (device inventory, access reviews) for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

  • Automation: Spot repetitive tasks and make them faster or self-serve, with tools like n8n or AI.

You would be great fit if you have

  • Studies in IT systems or networks (e.g. ASIR, SMR, or a degree in IT), finished or in progress.

  • A real interest in IT support. Hands-on experience is a plus.

  • Confident with macOS, basics of Windows and Linux.

  • Awareness of MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Primo), password managers and SSO.

  • Networking basics: wifi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.

  • Structured and organised. You like clean logs and processes.

  • Curious about automation: scripting, low-code or AI tools.

  • Service mindset. You explain tech simply.

  • University agreement and you're able to work 5 days/week.

🎓 Why join bsport as our IT Intern?

  • Real ownership from day one. You won’t just watch. You’ll be our go-to IT person in Barcelona, with your own projects and visible impact on 215 colleagues.

  • Learn from the best. Our SRE team will coach you, review your work every month and gradually hand over part of their IT scope to you.

  • A rare CV booster. You’ll take part in a real SOC 2 security audit, an experience most IT juniors only read about.

  • A modern stack. Mac laptops, cloud tools, device management, automation with n8n and AI tools. These are the skills companies look for today.

  • Room to grow. Start with IT operations, with a path toward security or platform work over time.

  • A great place to work. An international scale-up across Barcelona, Paris and Berlin, a mission that helps wellness studios grow, and an office on Passeig de Gràcia.

The hiring process

  • First introduction call with Charlotte, talent acquisition

  • Technical interview run by SRE : Device management, account lifecycle, networking and a real offboarding scenario. (60')

  • Practical exercise with Claire, HR Manager about triage of three support tickets and a short runbook written for one of them. (45')

We believe diversity makes us stronger and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work.
