About this Role

This internship is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills, while leveraging your technical acumen.

Role Responsibilities

  • Rotate support through Automated Logic Contracting Services departments (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service)
  • Job site surveys, estimates, plan and spec reviews
  • Customer presentations
  • Learn about HVAC Controls
  • Understand the world of contractors
  • Sharpen customer facing skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
