Um unser Pattern Development Team zu unterstützen, suchen wir ab Februar 2026 einen Thesis-Studierenden (m/w/d) (Bachelor oder Master) für eine Abschlussarbeit im Bereich Style 3D – Pattern Development. 

Als Teil unserer Product Development Organisation erlebst du die digitale Weiterentwicklung der Schnitttechnik bei HUGO BOSS aus nächster Nähe. Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, dein Wissen in digitaler Schnittentwicklung und 3D-Simulation zu vertiefen und wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen direkt mit praktischer Umsetzung in einem realen Business-Kontext zu verbinden.

Bitte beachte, dass dies keine Werkstudenten-Tätigkeit ist. Es handelt sich dabei ausschließlich um eine Thesis-Kooperation.

 

What you can expect:

  • Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation von Assets (z. B. Schulterpolster, Einlagenverarbeitung, etc.).
  • Fokus auf der Erstellung standardisierter Workflows.
  • Am Ende der Arbeit sollen fertige Simulationen (mit dokumentierten Arbeitsschritten) vorliegen.

 

Your profile:

  • Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in den Bereichen Mode, Modemanagement, Design oder einem vergleichbaren Fach eingeschrieben oder besuchst eine Modeschule.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit 3D-Simulationssoftware für Bekleidung, idealerweise Style 3D.
  • Du bringst eine große Leidenschaft für Mode sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Produkte, Passform und Proportionen mit.
  • Du arbeitest mit hoher Genauigkeit und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, organisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Workflows klar und verständlich darstellen.
