Global Treasury Internship

Global Treasury Internship | Start Date: January 2026 | 6 Months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Treasury team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to treasury operations, cash management and finance processes within a global company, while working with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries.

You’ll be in charge of: 

As part of the Global Treasury Team within the Global Finance Department, the intern will contribute actively from day one, collaborating on tasks such as:

• Supporting treasury accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, interest verification, accruals, and day-to-day banking operations (payments, bank statements, electronic banking).
• Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of treasury systems and digital tools, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Support the management of bank guarantees and provide assistance to Italian stores on treasury-related matters, including consumer credit, cash deposits and POS management.
• Contribute to the preparation of Finance & Treasury disclosures for the Group Financial Statements.
• Support the team in monitoring foreign exchange exposures, analysing financial risks and contributing to hedging-related activities.
• Assist in cash flow planning and liquidity management, supporting the preparation of the Group operating cash flow analysis, rolling forecasts and initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital and cash generation across the Group.

You are the right person if you:  

• Have a degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Are fluent in English and in Italian, interest in working with multicultural teams.
• Have strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Have a high attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement. 
• Full time experience. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
