About the Role

Join Synapxe as an intern and see how you can contribute in powering a healthier Singapore. Internship@Synapxe is where curiosity meets impact! You would be able to gain practical experience, hone your skills, and be part of meaningful work that improves health through technology! 

 
Gain hands-on experience in network automation and enterprise infrastructure management within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will join our infra delivery team and develop automation solutions, integrate systems through APIs, and work with network engineers to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Network Automation & Engineering 

  • Develop, test, and implement network automation solutions using industry tools and platforms
  • Design and maintain automation playbooks to support network operations and service delivery
  • Participate in automation initiatives involving technologies such as Ansible, Cisco SD-WAN, Infoblox, and ServiceNow

 

2. API Integration & Data Automation  

  • Develop and support API integrations across multiple technology platforms
  • Process, transform, and validate data to ensure consistency across systems
  • Support system integration and operational automation requirements

 

3. Process Improvement & Innovation 

  • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
  • Propose and implement enhancements to automation frameworks and system designs
  • Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities

 

4. Project & Stakeholder Support 

  • Support project planning, task tracking, and progress reporting
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Assist in documentation, testing, and knowledge-sharing activities

 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in network engineering, automation, and infrastructure technologies
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as routing, switching, and network services
  • Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools is advantageous
  • Understanding of development environments such as Dev, Test, and Production is a plus
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
