About the Role

Gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding of new polyclinics and hospitals onto the Cluster Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS). You will work alongside project teams and healthcare stakeholders to support business analysis, testing, deployment, and system enhancement initiatives that improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities for EQMS enhancements and onboarding projects
  • Assist in business process analysis and the translation of user requirements into functional requirements
  • Participate in testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist in system verification, deployment preparation, and go-live support activities
  • Support project tracking, issue management, and documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Work with business users, project teams, and vendors to support system improvements and operational readiness
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, system implementation, or business analysis concepts
  • Familiarity with system architecture, networking, or IT security concepts is advantageous
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
