Gain hands-on experience in digital workplace technologies, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You will develop business applications, dashboards, and workflow automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Digital Workplace & Automation

• Develop low-code applications using Power Apps
• Create workflow automations using Power Automate
• Support digital workplace initiatives using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

2. AI & Microsoft Copilot

• Explore AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot
• Support automation, report generation, and productivity improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI

3. Data Analytics & Dashboarding

• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Analyse operational data and generate actionable insights
• Support KPI tracking and project reporting

4. Project & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare management presentations and reports
• Support project tracking and stakeholder engagement activities
• Contribute ideas to improve workplace technologies and services

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, or related disciplines

• Interested in AI, automation, digital transformation, and business application development

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or dashboarding tools is advantageous

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and digital workplace solutions

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven

• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
