Join us to how large-scale healthcare IT systems are implemented and supported while gaining exposure to project management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and go-live operations in a real healthcare environment.

Gain hands-on experience supporting healthcare IT implementation projects within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with project teams and healthcare stakeholders on testing, go-live activities, user engagement, and system support initiatives.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking action items

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist in preparing test scripts and test scenarios
• Participate in functional testing, defect tracking, retesting, and validation activities

3. Go-Live Preparation & Support

• Support go-live readiness activities and deployment preparation
• Assist in validating documentation and project deliverables prior to implementation

4. Post-Implementation Support

• Work with users and support teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in post go-live activities, issue tracking, and project closure documentation

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and contribute

• Passionate about healthcare technology and digital transformatio

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven

• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
