Gain hands-on experience supporting national healthcare transformation initiatives under the MOH Health Finance Programme. You will work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to support policy implementation, project delivery, and system enhancement initiatives that impact public healthcare institutions across Singapore.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support project activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation
• Assist in analysing healthcare policy requirements and translating them into operational and system needs
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with healthcare institutions, project teams, and vendors
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, presentations, and meeting materials
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items to support programme delivery
• Participate in process improvement and policy implementation initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Studies, or related disciplines

• Interest in project management, healthcare transformation, or public sector initiatives

• Basic understanding of project lifecycle concepts

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Organised, analytical, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment

• Basic knowledge of project lifecycle stages and communication skillsets

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven

• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
