About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, automation, and AI-driven process improvement. You will work with enterprise security teams to improve vulnerability remediation processes, develop automation solutions, and explore AI use cases within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Vulnerability Management & Security Operations 

  • Validate vulnerability scan findings and investigate false positives
  • Track remediation progress and follow up with system owners to ensure compliance with remediation timelines
  • Analyse vulnerability trends and develop reports, dashboards, and management updates
  • Gain exposure to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and security operations

 

2. Automation & Process Improvement 

  • Identify manual and repetitive processes suitable for automation
  • Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Enhance reporting and data collection processes through automation and workflow optimisation

 

3. AI & Security Innovation 

  • Explore AI use cases for vulnerability analysis, data validation, and report generation
  • Support AI-enabled initiatives to improve operational decision-making and efficiency
  • Evaluate opportunities to apply AI in configuration reviews, compliance checks, and audit activities

 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, automation, and AI technologies
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming or willingness to learn scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies is advantageous
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
