Gain hands-on experience in AI, automation, and process optimisation within Singapore's public healthcare infrastructure environment. As an intern, you will work with operations, governance, and service management teams to improve workflows, enhance documentation quality, and develop automation solutions using AI and Python.

Explore how AI and automation can improve real-world healthcare IT operations while gaining exposure to service management, governance, process improvement, and enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. AI & Process Optimisation

• Use AI tools to identify documentation gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process reviews and optimisation initiatives across infrastructure and operations teams.
• Assist in improving operational workflows and knowledge management practices.

2. Automation & Analytics

• Develop Python-based automation solutions to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support data analysis and process performance monitoring activities.
• Contribute to dashboarding and service improvement initiatives.

3. Governance & Service Management

• Participate in documentation harmonisation and standardisation initiatives.
• Support audit, compliance, and operational governance activities.
• Gain exposure to ITIL v4 service management and enterprise operational processes.

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines
• Possesses basic IT knowledge and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Keen interest in AI, automation, process improvement, and digital transformation
• Familiarity with Python programming or willingness to learn and apply automation techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Willing to learn about ITIL service management, ISO standards, governance, compliance, and healthcare infrastructure operations
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to explore new technologies
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-drivenn
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
