Gain hands-on experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and digital transformation initiatives. You will support the development and enhancement of automation workflows that improve operational efficiency through website automation, email processing, document handling, and process optimisation.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support the development and maintenance of automation workflows for website transactions, email processing, document handling, and data validation activities using UiPath, Power Automate, and related automation tools
• Assist in analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation solutions
• Support workflow documentation, process mapping, and user requirement gathering activities
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and operational monitoring using Microsoft Excel and automation platforms
• Explore and evaluate new automation technologies and solutions to improve business operations

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines

• Basic understanding of IT workflows, business processes, and process automation concepts

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Interest in RPA, workflow automation, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives

• Familiarity with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, or other automation technologies is advantageous

• Basic understanding of email automation, website workflows, document processing, data validation, and reporting concepts

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies and automation platforms

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven

• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
