About the Role

Join Synapxe as an intern and see how you can contribute in powering a healthier Singapore. Internship@Synapxe is where curiosity meets impact! You would be able to gain practical experience, hone your skills, and be part of meaningful work that improves health through technology! 

 
Gain hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process improvement within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with stakeholders to analyse workflows, develop automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency across areas such as operations, finance, and procurement.
 
 
The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:
 
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Work with stakeholders to analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • RPA & Low-Code Development: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, low-code platforms, and workflow technologies to streamline business operations
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with users to understand business requirements, provide support for implemented solutions, and identify opportunities for further optimisation
  • Data Analytics & Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards and visualisations to provide operational insights and support data-driven decision-making within the healthcare sector
  • Project & Operational Support: Assist in project delivery, documentation, testing, and ad-hoc initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the organisation
  • Ad Hoc Task: Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as per required and to respond promptly and effectively to unforeseen challenges, and a problem solving mindset

 

About You: 

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Familiarity with RPA, Excel VBA, Python, or other automation technologies is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of process automation and business workflow concepts
  • Knowledge of UiPath and Excel VBA is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
