About the Role

Gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding of SHS 1Q and SSS solutions across public healthcare institutions. You will work alongside project teams and stakeholders to support business analysis, testing, deployment, and project delivery activities.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process documentation activities
  • Assist in project coordination, including meeting scheduling, action tracking, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in system verification and validation activities, including hardware setup, system configuration, testing, and deployment support
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of SHS 1Q and SSS solutions across healthcare institutions
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and verification of issue resolutions
  • Prepare meeting minutes, project documentation, user guides, and operational materials
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, system architecture, networking, or firewall concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn independently
  • Interested in project management, business analysis, and healthcare technology
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
