About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) initiatives within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with infrastructure and application teams to improve data quality, service visibility, and operational governance across enterprise technology platforms.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support ServiceNow Discovery analysis and coverage improvement initiatives
  • Assist in CMDB data quality reviews, reconciliation, and governance activities
  • Participate in CSDM alignment and application service mapping exercises
  • Analyse infrastructure and application dependencies to improve service visibility and operational insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health, discovery performance, and data quality metrics
  • Support the identification and resolution of data gaps, duplicate records, and orphaned Configuration Items (CIs)
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational process documentation
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with databases, data relationships, and information management concepts
  • Exposure to scripting, data analysis, or reporting tools is advantageous
  • Interested in IT Operations, Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Platforms
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
