About the Role

Gain hands-on experience supporting data migration and healthcare system implementation activities under the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) programme. You will work with project teams, vendors, and users to support data validation, testing, and go-live activities within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

 

  • Support data migration activities between legacy systems and the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) platform
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including data mapping, data validation, and functional testing
  • Verify data formats, file transfers, and migration outcomes to ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Participate in go-live and post-go-live support activities
  • Analyse issues and support troubleshooting and problem resolution efforts
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and users to support implementation and operational readiness activities

 

About You: 

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL and database concepts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn healthcare systems and data migration processes

  • Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint, Microsoft SQL

  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 

  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
