Poly Internship Mar 2027 to Feb 2028 - Cybersecurity Awareness, AI & Digital Engagement

Gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity awareness, digital engagement, and AI-driven initiatives within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will support awareness campaigns, content creation, stakeholder engagement, automation projects, and cybersecurity outreach programmes.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Cybersecurity Awareness & Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of cybersecurity awareness campaigns, roadshows, workshops, and engagement activities
• Assist in coordinating awareness events, registrations, and stakeholder communications
• Support Cyber Ambassador engagement initiatives and outreach programmes

2. Content Creation & Communications

• Develop awareness materials such as newsletters, posters, infographics, presentations, and digital content
• Assist in creating cybersecurity education and staff awareness resources
• Support communication initiatives across multiple channels

3. AI, Threat Intelligence & Research

• Research emerging cyber threats, scams, phishing trends, and AI-related security risks
• Support the development of awareness materials relating to cybersecurity and responsible AI usage
• Monitor cybersecurity developments and threat intelligence trends

4. Analytics, Automation & Reporting

• Support dashboard development and programme reporting
• Analyse participation and engagement metrics to improve programme effectiveness
• Explore automation and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Media, Communications, or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as phishing, social engineering, cyber hygiene, and information security
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Interest in content creation, digital engagement, automation, AI, or cybersecurity awareness
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, or video editing software is advantageous
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
