Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise CRM systems built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work on application testing, platform governance, compliance activities, deployment support, and user enablement within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Application Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support functional, system, and user acceptance testing activities
• Log, track, and validate defects in collaboration with project teams
• Assist in end-to-end validation of business scenarios against functional requirements and traceability matrices

2. Compliance & Operational Resilience

• Support governance, compliance, and operational resilience activities
• Assist in executing control checks and documenting evidence
• Participate in system reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements

3. User Training & Adoption

• Assist in preparing and reviewing user and administrator training materials
• Support training coordination, feedback collection, and follow-up activities
• Contribute to user adoption and knowledge-sharing initiatives

4. Deployment & Project Support

• Assist in preparing deployment, SIT, and UAT closure documentation
• Support deployment readiness and release coordination activities
• Participate in project tracking and documentation updates

5. Audit & Governance

• Support audit preparation and documentation activities
• Assist in tracking audit findings, action items, and mitigation plans
• Contribute to governance and process improvement initiatives

About You:

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with application testing and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
• Interest in IT governance, compliance, and enterprise systems
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AWS is advantageous
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts or service management processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
