Poly Internship Mar 2027 to Feb 2028 - Pharmacy Automation & Healthcare Technology Project

Be part of our Pharmacy team and gain hands-on experience in implementing pharmacy automation solutions across Singapore's public healthcare institutions. You will support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to automation technologies and healthcare operations.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking for pharmacy automation implementation projects
• Participate in site visits to understand pharmacy workflows, operational processes, and automation technologies
• Assist in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment readiness validation
• Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and management reporting materials
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support follow-up efforts with stakeholders and vendors
• Assist in documenting lessons learnt, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides
• Support data collection, analysis, and process improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and technology adoption

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines

• Interested in healthcare technology, automation, digital transformation, or project management

• Basic understanding of business analysis, process improvement, or project management concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, Power BI, or data analytics tools will be advantageous

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about healthcare operations and emerging technologies

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
