About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity asset management, data analytics, and governance within Singapore's public healthcare environment. You will support asset reconciliation, compliance initiatives, reporting, and process improvements to improve the accuracy and visibility of enterprise technology assets.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Asset Management & Reconciliation 

  • Validate and reconcile asset inventory records across multiple systems
  • Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve asset accuracy
  • Support asset onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management activities

 

2. Data Analytics & Reporting  

  • Analyse asset inventory data and identify trends, risks, and outstanding actions
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and decision-making
  • Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders

 

3. Governance & Compliance 

  • Support audit readiness and asset compliance initiatives
  • Assist in tracking asset-related actions, status updates, and remediation activities
  • Contribute to process improvement and governance practices

 

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with technical teams and asset owners to validate inventory records
  • Support communication and awareness of cybersecurity and asset management requirements
  • Coordinate follow-ups and progress updates with stakeholders

 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in data analysis, asset management, and cybersecurity governance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
