About the Role

Join Synapxe as an intern and see how you can contribute in powering a healthier Singapore. Internship@Synapxe is where curiosity meets impact! You would be able to gain practical experience, hone your skills, and be part of meaningful work that improves health through technology! 

 
Gain hands-on experience in supporting AI and chatbot solutions within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will participate in testing, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and innovation initiatives while exploring how AI technologies can improve user experience and healthcare services.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Testing & Quality Assurance 

  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Track defects, validate fixes, and monitor testing progress
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve testing processes

 

2. Project & Business Analysis 

  • Support project planning, coordination, and reporting activities
  • Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Participate in project governance and retrospective reviews

 

3. AI & Innovation

  • Research AI, chatbot technologies, and emerging digital trends
  • Benchmark industry best practices and support innovation initiatives
  • Gather and analyse user feedback to support continuous product improvements

 

4. Deployment & User Enablement 

  • Assist in preparing training materials and user guides
  • Support deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation support

 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts such as SIT and UAT
  • Strong interest in AI, chatbots, digital products, and innovation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
