About the Role

Gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding of new hospitals onto NHG One QMS, a healthcare queue management system used across public healthcare institutions. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to support system implementation, testing, deployment, and business analysis activities.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support the onboarding and implementation of NHG One QMS for new healthcare institutions
  • Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Participate in testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support system verification, deployment preparation, and go-live activities
  • Assist in project coordination, issue tracking, and progress reporting throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Work with project teams, business users, and vendors to support system enhancements and operational readiness
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Network Security, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture, network and IT security
  • Exercises computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
