Gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology onboarding, business analysis, and process improvement through the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy Solution (NHIPS). You will work with stakeholders to improve onboarding processes, analyse workflows, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

A Business Analyst supporting the NHIPS Onboarding Team should have a strong foundation in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering, with the ability to document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. The candidate should be comfortable engaging stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and developing clear documentation such as process flows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support the onboarding of new users, partners, and institutions onto the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy Solution (NHIPS) platform
• Review and document existing onboarding workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and user experience
• Assist in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Analyse onboarding data and prepare reports to track progress, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within the onboarding team

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines
• Interested in business analysis, process improvement, project management, and healthcare technology
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
