Poly Internship Mar 2027 to Feb 2028 - Workplace Technology & Infrastructure Operations

Gain hands-on experience in healthcare IT operations and workplace technologies supporting Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH). You will contribute to infrastructure projects, endpoint management, analytics, and service improvement initiatives within a real healthcare environment.

In this internship, you will work on real healthcare IT projects while gaining exposure to infrastructure operations, endpoint technologies, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across Singapore's healthcare sector.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Infrastructure Projects & Technology Operations

• Support healthcare infrastructure and workplace technology projects
• Assist with IT asset deployment, device setup, testing, and operational readiness activities
• Participate in project coordination, documentation, and implementation support

2. Analytics & Service Improvement

• Analyse ServiceNow tickets and operational data to identify service trends and improvement opportunities
• Support dashboard development and operational reporting
• Contribute to service enhancement and digital transformation initiatives

3. Knowledge & Service Management

• Maintain and improve internal dashboards, user guides, and knowledge resources
• Support process improvements that enhance user experience and service delivery

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Infocomm Technology, or related disciplines
• Interested in IT infrastructure, endpoint technologies, and healthcare systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role and based at Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital.
