About the Role

Gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding of new hospitals onto a cluster-wide meal ordering system. You will work alongside project teams and stakeholders to support project coordination, implementation activities, and healthcare technology initiatives across public healthcare institutions.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support project planning, coordination, and tracking activities for the onboarding of new hospitals
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, status updates, and progress reports
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items to support timely project delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to facilitate implementation activities
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities where required
  • Support process improvement initiatives and project-related administrative activities
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year Diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Computer Science/ Engineering, Data Science or other related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Computing, IT Networking, Computer Science and Cybersecurity concepts
  • Familiarity with application testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Keen interest in IT Project Management, IT governance, compliance, and enterprise technology solutions
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
