Gain hands-on experience in business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation within Singapore's public healthcare infrastructure environment. You will analyse procurement workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Map and analyse existing RFP and RFQ workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders involved in procurement and sourcing activities
• Analyse operational and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for automation
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements, including supporting cost-benefit analysis and implementation planning
• Explore the use of AI, automation tools, and low-code platforms to streamline procurement-related processes
• Prepare presentations, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders and project reviews

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, or related disciplines

• Interest in process improvement, automation, AI, or digital transformation

• Basic knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, or workflow improvement concepts

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Exposure to automation, low-code platforms, AI tools, or analytics software is advantageous

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn

• Key deliverables include process improvement recommendations, pilot automation tools, and phased implementation roadmaps. Candidates should have basic knowledge of AI/ML, data analysis, process mapping, and automation platforms

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
