About The Role

FTI Data & Technology Transformation is a multi-disciplined team that focuses on using digital solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. We have a strong track record of helping companies drive EBITDA and ROIC value from digital and data. We also serve as an R&D function for the company, developing internal tools, solutions and proof-of-concepts to put us ahead of the market. Our team is based across London and Dublin.

Data Services:

• Data Strategy, Architecture, Engineering and Enrichment
• Predictive Analytics and AI
• Business Intelligence and Data Visualisation

Technology Services:

• Technology Strategy

• IT Op Model and Governance
• IT Cost Optimization (Opex, Capex, Sourcing)
• IT Merger, Integration and Carve Out

Transformation Services:

• Value Creation Assessment and Realisation
• Target Operating Model
• Process Engineering and Automation
• Transformation Office and Turnaround
• Finance Function Transformation
• Data, Technology and Operating Model Assessments and Improvements

What You’ll Do

Our team of professionals provide data and analytics solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients across our capability areas.

Day-to-day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to:

• Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine data requirements and strategies.
• Participate in identifying and delivering business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities.
• Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients’ business objectives.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic qualifications

• Must be in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2028 from an Analytics or IT discipline (computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects) with 2:1 grade average across first and second year
• Available to work in a full-time internship from 5 July 2027 to 27 August 2027
• Understanding of the following:
  • Analytical tools and processes (databases, visualisation tools, data science tools)
  • Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Methods for analysing data to uncover trends and derive insight (both historic reporting and future forecasting)
  • Python programming language

Preferred qualifications

• Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to work effectively with client and team
• Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills
• Prior work experience is desirable
