Young Talent Program 2027 (Summer Internship)

The Young Talent Program 2027 (Summer Internship) supports interns in sharpening their job skills and broadening their exposure, enabling them to better prepare for and understand their future career path and interests in the investment banking industry. You are welcome to apply for a summer internship in either front office or back office to gain hands-on experience and participate in practical and impactful projects. Shortlisted interns may receive a graduate return offer upon successful completion of the internship.

We sincerely invite undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students graduating between July 2026 and July 2028 to join our 10-week summer internship in Hong Kong, commencing in June 2027.

Key Features of the Program

•        During the 10-week summer internship, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training within your designated team and department.

•        You will be assigned a dedicated coach to support your development throughout the program.

•        Upon successful completion of the internship, top-performing interns will be considered for a return offer. 

Who are we looking for:

•        Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students graduating between July 2026 and July 2028 from top-tier universities.

•        Excellent academic results in previous years of study.

•        Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

•        A genuine interest and ambition to build a long-term career with an international financial institution.

Timeline:

•        Application Period: 26 October 2026 – 25 December 2026

•        Screening & Selection Period: November 2026 - February 2027

•        Offer Release: March - April 2027
