The Opportunity

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with their work. The 10-week internship program develops early-career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

Throughout the summer, interns will gain exposure to Sephora’s culture, teams, and career opportunities while building both technical and professional skills.

Program Details

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

2027 Program Dates

• June 7 – August 13, 2027
• Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Pacific Time
• July 5 – 9, 2027: Optional Week Off Without Pay. Interns may choose to take the week off without pay or continue working their regular schedule.

POSITION TITLE : Environmental, Health & Safety Intern

Your role at Sephora

In this role, you will advance Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance across Sephora’s distribution center network by optimizing EHS training and strengthening ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System (EMS) programs. You will partner with site and network leaders to drive consistent standards, measurable improvements, and sustained environmental compliance.

What you will accomplish

• Optimize EHS training across the Sephora distribution center network by assessing learning needs, standardizing curricula, improving delivery methods, and measuring program effectiveness.
• Improve and standardize ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System (EMS) programs across the Sephora distribution center network.
• Support the creation of EHS training materials and assist with conducting training sessions for employees.
• Participate in EHS risk assessments and assist with identifying workplace hazards.
• Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and research relevant EHS regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic EHS principles and regulations is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Eligibility Requirements 

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Hybrid program. Work schedule must align with Pacific Time.
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.*
• Available from June 7 – August 13, 2027.
• Ability to work onsite at our Las Vegas Distribution Center, Monday-Friday
