Description -

■职位描述：

・通过电话为日本客户提供电脑及IT软件相关技术支持

・在规定时间内提供有效的IT解决方案，满足客户需求

■职位要求：

・2027届应届毕业生

・具备流利的商务日语沟通能力，发音标准

・了解日本文化，具备良好的客户服务意识与服务精神

・具备优秀的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，责任心强

・逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，能够结合AI工具主动开展工作

・对IT软硬件技术有浓厚兴趣

・熟练使用办公软件（如 Outlook、Excel）

・能够接受轮班工作安排

■工作时间：

・实行做五休二轮班制

・早班：8:00–17:00；晚班：11:00–20:00

・周末出勤可安排调休

■其他：

・实习期间提供实习补贴

・根据实习表现及业绩情况提供转正机会
