Le Site de Valeo basé à Athis-de-l’Orne (61) est un Site de production. Il regroupe près de 100 collaborateurs autour de la fabrication de filtres d’habitacle, qui ont pour fonction l’amélioration de la qualité de l’air à l’intérieur des véhicules.

Vos challenges ?

Vous participerez à :

FORMATION : assurer la gestion et le suivi du plan de développement des compétences du site
COMMUNICATION INTERNE : prendre en charge l’élaboration et la diffusion des communications internes du site (journal interne, newsflash…)
ADMINISTRATION DU PERSONNEL : gestion des temps de travail (CHRONOTIME), suivi des heures de délégation, des visites médicales, interface pour la mutuelle et la prévoyance, contrats de travail et avenants
ANALYSE et REPORTING : données et indicateurs RH
En collaboration avec le service HSE : suivi des habilitations et des formations sécurité

Parlons de vous

Vous réalisez une formation de niveau BAC+3 ou plus
Vous disposez éventuellement d’une première expérience (stage…) en entreprise
Vous avez un bon relationnel, vous êtes force de proposition et aimez travailler en équipe
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Google Workspace…)
Début de contrat souhaité : octobre 2026
